This is a lightweight racing shoe that is designed to help you attain your next PB. The shoe provides a light environment with good shock absorption for its weight and excellent arch support.

We would suggest testing it out on shorter distances before moving up to half marathon distances in the shoe. The shoe is said to have a sock-like interior, however,we would suggest that you use a pair of thin socks while running in the shoes.

The shoe is a unisex shoe. It is best to size the shoe according to your European reading on your current running shoe.

 

Note: As this running shoe is a very lightweight racing flat, a majority of runners will find its cushioning insufficient for a full marathon. If you have a light frame and an efficient stride, you may be able to give it a try. We suggest racing several half marathons (or longer) to test how the T7 Racer works for you before attempting a full marathon.
