We specialize in proper bike setups. .
We also service bikes.

Run – We stock Asics, Brooks and New Balance Shoes.
We are able to do filmed and measured pronation checks for runners.
We also do a full runner’s leg assessment to help you recover/avoid injury.

I am also able to help with remedial massage for certain sport related injuries.

Hi there mike. Wonder if you can help me… I often get knee pain from running so I would like an assessment and more than likely need new shoes! How much does this cost? And what’s the availability like? Regards Vicky Cooke

  4. Hi where’s Sunninghill?

  5. Rena Godfrey says:

I have weakness and loss of muscle mass from the right glut down to the foot. Causes lots of problems as you can imagine. There’s only occasional mild pain, fortunately. I’ve been found to have a hypertrophied piriformis and the sciatic nerve bisects the piriformis. I’ve seen several different people who have given me many different exercises. Your discussion regarding the relationship of the piriformis, QL, etc. was very informative and enlightening. From your blog, it sounds like you do assessments. I would love to see you for this but I live in Bethesda, Maryland in the US! Do you know of people in this area who do what you do?
    Thanks,
    RG

      Hi Rena,
I am unfortunately not aware of anyone in your area. I hope you manage to get yourself successfully rehabbed.
      Regards,
      Mike.
